Intelligent Office Troy has announced a significant expansion of its location within the PNC Center building at 755 W. Big Beaver Road, more than doubling its footprint to over 15,000 square feet on the 20th floor. This expansion, a response to sustained 100% occupancy and growing demand for flexible workspaces, introduces an additional 7,500 square feet featuring 13 furnished offices, 12 dedicated cubicles with height-adjustable desks, and two exterior conference rooms with panoramic views of Troy.
Upon completion, the franchise will offer a total of 31 offices and four conference rooms, alongside coworking areas and a breakroom, enhancing its capacity to serve the business community. Dr. Joan Haakonstad, the local entrepreneur behind the franchise, highlighted the expansion's role in fostering connection, collaboration, productivity, and growth among entrepreneurs, remote workers, and small businesses.
The expansion reflects broader trends in the workspace industry towards flexible, community-driven environments. Intelligent Office Troy not only provides physical workspace solutions but also comprehensive virtual assistant services, including scheduling, correspondence, and customer service, handled by HIPAA-certified staff. This development underscores the franchise's commitment to meeting the evolving needs of today's professionals and solidifies its position as a key player in Michigan's business community.
