Bick Law LLP has announced the addition of Tyler Alexander, a former Trial Attorney from the U.S. Department of Justice's Environment and Natural Resources Division (ENRD), to its legal team. Alexander's seven-year tenure at the ENRD involved defending significant government permits and projects across federal courts, covering areas such as border security, mineral and oil and gas development, and wildfire mitigation efforts. His expertise extends to key federal environmental statutes including the National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA), Federal Land Policy and Management Act (FLPMA), National Forest Management Act (NFMA), and the Endangered Species Act, alongside litigation experience in California water rights and Fifth Amendment takings trials.
Kimberly Bick, co-managing partner of Bick Law LLP, emphasized the strategic value Alexander brings to the firm, particularly his deep understanding of environmental regulations and government experience. This move is part of the firm's ongoing efforts to bolster its environmental law practice, coinciding with its 10-year anniversary and recent recognition in the Chambers Spotlight California 2025 Guide for Orange County – Environment. Bick Law LLP is dedicated to offering comprehensive legal services in litigation, compliance, and transactions across various sectors.
