Ucore Rare Metals Inc. has announced a series of investor awareness and marketing agreements aimed at expanding its strategic communications and market presence. This initiative involves collaborations with three firms to bolster its outreach across various regions. A key component of this strategy is a yearlong communications campaign with InvestorBrandNetwork, starting May 8, 2025, with a quarterly investment of $23,200. Furthermore, Ucore has partnered with Goldinvest Consulting for a six-month targeted campaign in Germany, beginning May 5, at a monthly cost of EUR 4,050.
The most notable agreement is with Outside the Box Capital, a 12-month contract valued at $160,000 in cash, 100,000 stock options, and a $25,000 budget for influencer marketing, subject to TSX Venture Exchange approval. These efforts are part of Ucore's mission to emerge as a frontrunner in advanced technology for rare and critical metal resources, aiming to disrupt the current market dynamics dominated by the People's Republic of China in the North American rare-earth element (REE) supply chain.
Ucore's ambitious plans include the development of a rare-earth processing facility in Louisiana, with future Strategic Metal Complexes in Canada and Alaska. The company also focuses on its Bokan-Dotson Ridge Rare Heavy REE Project in Southeast Alaska, fully controlled by Ucore.
