Elaina Dixon's Blossoming to Broadway offers a unique approach to youth development through drama therapy, showcasing the diversity of ideas among the finalists. The Emerging category features Janell Borrero's MoneyPOP, a fintech platform leveraging AI to offer financial coaching specifically for beauty professionals, and Daisy Parks' Wellside Health, which brings telehealth services to the forefront of healthcare innovation.
The Established category is represented by Julie Kostic of JK Creative, a design agency that has carved a niche in small business branding, and Cristina Duncan's Leaders in Training, a program that blends leadership development with community service.
