ENEOS, Japan's premier oil company, is making waves at the SEMA Show 2024 in Las Vegas, demonstrating its leadership in the performance aftermarket and high-performance motorsports sectors. Located in booth #24133 in Central Hall, ENEOS is presenting a collection of modified vehicles that highlight its dedication to automotive excellence, including a widebody 1971 Datsun 240Z and a 1972 Toyota Celica, both featuring significant upgrades and ENEOS lubricants.
The 1971 Datsun 240Z, dubbed the "Devil Z," is a collaboration that showcases a blend of anime inspiration and automotive performance, with a Garrett G35-900 turbo and L30 specifications engine. Similarly, the 1972 Toyota Celica, a project by veteran racer Stephan Papadakis, has been fully restored and rebuilt, underscoring the synergy between racing expertise and ENEOS's lubricant technology.
Beyond the main booth, ENEOS is also displaying two vehicles from its annual Show Car Contest outdoors, a 1960 Renault Dauphine with a mid-engined VW VR6 conversion and an 1100hp Mk4 Toyota Supra, illustrating the broad applicability of ENEOS products across various automotive platforms.
Significantly, ENEOS is introducing a new line of EV/Hybrid fluids at the SEMA Show, including an e-Axle Fluid designed for electrified vehicles, which offers enhanced thermal and oxidation breakdown resistance. Additionally, the company is launching a 50/50 Antifreeze/Coolant suitable for a range of vehicles, from EVs to traditional internal combustion engines, featuring Hybrid Organic Acid Technology for comprehensive cooling system protection.
ENEOS's participation in SEMA 2024 not only highlights its innovative approach to lubricant technology but also its readiness to address the evolving needs of the automotive industry. By bridging the gap between high-performance motorsports and the future of electric and hybrid vehicles, ENEOS reaffirms its position as a forward-thinking leader in automotive lubricants.
