Mr. Guarino, with over 25 years of experience in the financial services industry, will be stationed at the bank's headquarters in Bedminster, New Jersey, and its new location at 300 Park Avenue, New York City. Before joining Peapack-Gladstone Bank, Mr. Guarino held significant positions at Metropolitan Commercial Bank, Israel Discount Bank of New York, and other prestigious institutions, where he honed his skills in legal and compliance functions.
