Carrier Connect Data Solutions Inc. has completed its acquisition of PureColo, an established Ottawa-based provider of carrier-neutral data centers offering colocation and server hosting solutions. The transaction involved issuing 4,606,704 consideration shares and approximately $2,326,000 in payments to PureColo securityholders over nine months, with shares released from escrow in thirds at four, eight and twelve months after December 4, 2025.
CEO Mark Binns stated that the addition of PureColo's two Ottawa data centers expands the company's scale, revenue and growth potential alongside its existing facilities in Vancouver and Perth. This acquisition aligns with Carrier Connect Data Solutions' mission to consolidate Tier II/III data centers internationally that specialize in delivering colocation and data center solutions to AI companies, service providers, enterprises and small businesses. As a carrier-neutral organization, the company's systems are fully independent and owned outright within its leased space.
The acquisition represents a strategic expansion for Carrier Connect Data Solutions, which now serves clients in Vancouver and Ottawa, Canada, and Perth, Australia. Clients use these facilities either as their primary datacenter or as an ancillary site depending on their needs. Data centers serve as the physical locations that store computing machines and related hardware equipment, including servers, data storage drives, and network equipment.
Carrier Connect Data Solutions plans to file a Business Acquisition Report and will update shareholders upon filing.
