The survey findings revealed several defining characteristics shared by this year's honorees, especially strong leadership and workplace connection. More than 96% of employees at recognized organizations said their managers treat them with respect, support their growth, and inspire confidence in senior leadership. Employees also reported a strong sense of camaraderie, with more than 98% saying they like the people they work with. This sense of connection plays a powerful role in retention, as employees are far more likely to stay at organizations where they feel valued and supported by their colleagues.
