Critical Infrastructure Technologies Ltd. has executed a Letter of Intent with H. Cegielski - Poznan S.A., a subsidiary of Poland's leading defense group Polska Grupa Zbrojeniowa S.A., to establish a long-term strategic partnership focused on the production and deployment of the Nexus 20 autonomous platform in Central and Eastern Europe. The agreement follows a Non-Disclosure Agreement between the parties and reflects a shared intent to combine CiTech's Nexus 20 technology with HCP's established manufacturing, integration, and support capabilities to address the requirements of the Polish Armed Forces and NATO's Eastern Flank.
Under the LOI, CiTech and HCP intend to collaborate on establishing HCP as a manufacturing and integration hub for Nexus 20 platforms within the Central and Eastern European region, facilitating technology transfer to ensure high-quality local maintenance, training, and operational support, and leveraging HCP's position within the PGZ Group and CiTech's international partnerships to pursue government and defense contracts. The partnership aims to deliver a world-class, sovereign-capable solution for European strategic clients by combining CiTech's advanced platform technology with HCP's industrial manufacturing capabilities and deep integration within the Polish defense sector.
The LOI outlines an initial roadmap including a March 2026 visit by Brenton Scott, CEO of CiTech, to HCP headquarters in Poznań to progress and finalize commercial, technical and logistical arrangements, followed by delivery of the first Nexus 20 prototype unit to HCP's Poznań facility in May 2026 for technical evaluation, training, and Proof-of-Concept demonstrations for regional stakeholders. The Nexus 20 platform provides rapid, autonomous telecommunications and surveillance infrastructure designed to support modern defense and critical security operations.
"This partnership represents a significant step forward in CiTech's international expansion strategy and will complement the establishment of our EU Headquarters in Latvia," said Brenton Scott, Chief Executive Officer of Critical Infrastructure Technologies. "By working alongside HCP and the PGZ Group, we are positioning the Nexus 20 platform to support allied defense capabilities across Central and Eastern Europe." The partnership strengthens regional security by providing advanced autonomous communications infrastructure that can support defense operations across NATO's Eastern Flank.
