AmpliTech Group, Inc. has announced additional details regarding its 5G commercial pipeline and scheduled a conference call to discuss fiscal year 2025 results. The company also reaffirmed its previously stated revenue guidance for fiscal year 2026. AmpliTech continues to advance its O-RAN compliant 5G radio portfolio, which includes its flagship Massive MIMO 64T64R product that has achieved O-RAN compliance certification.
The company's commercial pipeline involves multiple active programs with global telecommunications customers, encompassing previously disclosed Letters of Intent and multi-phase deployment frameworks that represent significant multi-year opportunities. Production shipments have commenced under certain LOI programs, with over $20 million in value delivered against a previously disclosed $40 million LOI. Furthermore, the company has received approximately $5 million in funded purchase orders toward a separate $78 million signed LOI. Based on customer forecasts, this program is expected to generate total revenues exceeding $100 million. Additional purchase orders are anticipated as deployments expand across various customers and configurations.
The $78 million LOI referenced in recent company disclosures constitutes a defined program scope within a broader, evolving pipeline shaped by ongoing commercial negotiations and the structuring of multi-phase deployments. Based on current backlog, active customer programs, and the ongoing conversion of LOIs into purchase orders, AmpliTech reaffirms its expectation to achieve at least $50 million in revenue for fiscal year 2026. An investor conference call to discuss FY2025 results is scheduled for Thursday, April 9, 2026, at 5:00 PM ET. An audio file and transcript of the call will be posted to the company's news page when available.
