Amadeus Fire Group Extends COO Dennis Gerlitzki's Contract Early Amid Economic Challenges

The Supervisory Board of the Amadeus Fire Group has early reappointed Mr. Dennis Gerlitzki, COO Personnel Services, to the Management Board for a further five years. The new contract runs from January 1, 2027, to December 31, 2031, as announced in a press release.

Michael Grimm, Chairman of the Supervisory Board of Amadeus Fire AG, confirmed the early extension, stating: “We are pleased to continue the shared and successful development of the Amadeus Fire Group together with Dennis Gerlitzki. In view of the current challenges facing the German economy, Dennis Gerlitzki’s extensive experience and proven expertise in personnel services are of particular importance to the Group.”

Dennis Gerlitzki began his career at the Amadeus Fire Group in November 2003 and has been a member of the Management Board since 2019. His early reappointment signals the company’s commitment to stability and continuity in its leadership amid a difficult economic environment.

The Amadeus Fire Group, headquartered in Frankfurt am Main, is one of Germany’s leading providers of personnel services and professional training. The company focuses on placing specialised professionals and executives, as well as on training and further education in the commercial and IT sectors. Its services include temporary employment, recruitment, interim and project management in the Personnel Services segment, and publicly funded, practice-oriented training courses for private individuals and companies in the Training segment.

The early extension of Gerlitzki’s contract is particularly notable given the current headwinds facing the German economy. With rising costs and a tight labor market, the demand for skilled personnel services is expected to grow. Gerlitzki’s deep understanding of the industry and his long tenure at the company position him well to navigate these challenges.

The decision to extend the contract early reflects the Supervisory Board’s confidence in Gerlitzki’s leadership and the strategic direction of the Personnel Services division. As the company continues to adapt to evolving market conditions, this move ensures leadership stability for the foreseeable future.
