flatexDEGIRO, one of Europe's leading online brokerage platforms, has announced the creation of a new executive position: Chief Growth Officer (CGO). Dominik Beier has been appointed to this role, effective January 2027. The move underscores the company's ambition to accelerate growth, strengthen its brand, and attract new investor segments across Europe.
The newly created CGO position combines growth strategy, brand leadership, and customer development at the Group level. Beier will report directly to CEO Oliver Behrens and will be responsible for further developing the Group's growth and brand strategy, as well as driving closer integration between product, customer experience, and marketing. This strategic alignment is intended to unlock the full potential of flatexDEGIRO's strong brand and inspire more people to build long-term wealth through investing.
Beier brings extensive experience in scaling digital platforms. He previously served as Chief Commercial Officer at Bitpanda, where he oversaw marketing, growth, and international expansion. Prior to that, he held roles including CEO of the Interwetten Group and senior leadership positions at Sportradar. His track record in driving growth for European tech companies made him a natural fit for this newly created role.
