Harbermetal, a Chinese manufacturer specializing in Metal Injection Molding (MIM) and powder metallurgy sintered components, has announced its participation in PM CHINA 2027, the 19th China (Shanghai) International Powder Metallurgy & Cemented Carbides Exhibition. The event will take place from March 24 to 26, 2027, at the National Exhibition and Convention Center in Shanghai, where Harbermetal will welcome visitors at Booth D47.
At the exhibition, Harbermetal plans to display a range of custom precision MIM components for industries including automotive, electronics, aerospace, hardware, military, and medical devices. The company will showcase an expanded portfolio compared to last year's event, offering visitors a first-hand look at its MIM expertise. A notable highlight will be the display of two newly installed imported Shimadzu sintering furnaces from Japan, which have expanded the company's capacity to handle larger orders and reduced lead times from 35 days to 25 days.

Real finished samples from completed industrial projects will be on display, such as high-wear lock sliding latches, power tool micro ratchet gears, and miniature sensor hardware. Harbermetal's in-house manufacturing workflow covers feedstock compounding, mold design and fabrication, metal injection molding, debinding, vacuum sintering, heat treatment, secondary CNC sizing, and surface finishing. The engineering team also provides early-stage Design for Manufacturability (DFM) evaluation to help customers avoid common MIM manufacturing risks before mold investment.
PM CHINA 2027 is Asia-Pacific's flagship powder metallurgy industry event, connecting suppliers with procurement managers, design engineers, and technical buyers from various sectors.
