The development seeks to alleviate the pressing demand for affordable housing in a region experiencing rising home prices. Highmark's residences come with contemporary amenities such as quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances, alongside community facilities like a fitness center and dog park, aiming to improve residents' quality of life.
This investment is part of Clarion Partners' strategy to focus on Qualified Opportunity Zones and adjacent submarkets, with a substantial portfolio nationwide. The initiative not only supports the local economy but also introduces essential housing solutions to Bozeman's tight market.
