Krasdale Foods, a longstanding family-owned business serving independent supermarkets, has announced significant leadership changes designed to enhance its operations and strategic growth. Guillermo Fisher, with over four decades at the company, has been promoted to General Manager of Warehouse Operations, where he will focus on integrating advanced technologies like cloud-based systems and artificial intelligence to improve efficiency.
Rob Gangemi, elevated to Vice President of Finance, has been recognized for his role in streamlining financial processes, including reducing the monthly close timeframe and automating report reconciliations. His expanded role will involve overseeing the finance department and contributing to strategic business initiatives.
John Aleksandrowicz joins as Director of Business Initiatives, bringing experience from Allegiance/Foodtown to identify growth opportunities and work with retail customers to increase sales and adapt to consumer demands.
