G6 Hospitality, the parent company of Motel 6 and Studio 6, has marked a significant milestone in 2025 by expanding its corporate client base through strategic business development efforts. The company's initiative to engage with potential and existing corporate accounts nationwide has led to the acquisition of over 150 new corporate clients, contributing to a notable 26% revenue increase in the first quarter of 2025 compared to the previous year. This growth is attributed to the addition of approximately 50 new corporate accounts each month since January, targeting industries such as construction, transportation, and agriculture, with annual booking potentials ranging from $15,000 to over $1 million.
CEO Sonal Sinha highlighted the strategic diversification of the client base as a key factor in achieving consistent occupancy across their network. This approach has not only benefited G6 Hospitality but also its franchise partners, such as the Natson Hotel Group, which saw a 200% growth in corporate revenue during the same period. Corporate clients enjoy several benefits, including average discounts of 10-12%, 30-day credit facilities, and dedicated customer service, alongside streamlined booking processes via the My6 app and website, enhancing convenience for business travelers.
The company's efforts to re-engage former clients and extend contracts with existing accounts from 2024 further demonstrate its commitment to sustained growth. With nearly 1,500 economy lodging locations across the United States and Canada, G6 Hospitality continues to prioritize accessibility and responsible business practices. Its recognition in the 2024 Entrepreneur Franchise 500® report and being named a 2024 Leader in Diversity by Dallas Business Journal underscore its dedication to exceptional service and inclusive business development.
