Noble Investment Group has made a strategic move by securing a 2-acre site in LaGrange, Georgia, earmarked for the development of a new StudioRes by Marriott hotel. The property, situated at 101 Timberwolf Drive within the Sola mixed-use development, was acquired for $1.5 million, with the transaction facilitated by Ackerman/Pioneer Land Advisory Group brokers John Speros, JT Speros, and Kyle Gable.
The envisioned 4-story hotel will boast 124 rooms, strategically located in the northwest quadrant of the Interstate 85/Whiteville Road interchange, near the Great Wolf Lodge Water Park. This prime location ensures easy access to major transportation routes and local attractions, enhancing the appeal for potential guests.
Marriott's StudioRes brand is tailored to meet the rising demand for cost-effective, extended-stay lodging options. Each studio room will come fully furnished, featuring queen beds, kitchenettes, and dedicated workspaces, alongside amenities such as a fitness room, communal table, and guest-paid laundry facilities.
This project marks a significant enhancement to the region's hospitality sector. Ackerman/Pioneer Land Advisory Group, instrumental in this deal, has a proven history of facilitating over $600 million in transactions, contributing to numerous high-profile real estate developments throughout the Southeastern United States.
