His journey continued at Signature Bank, where he ascended through various roles, including Group Director and Senior Vice President, managing a robust $33+ billion commercial real estate loan portfolio. Prior to joining Peapack, he served as Managing Director at A&E Real Estate Finance, further solidifying his reputation in the industry.
Educationally, Bermudez is well-equipped, holding a degree from SUNY Empire State College and an MBA in Banking and Finance from Dowling College. His commitment to the real estate sector extends beyond his professional roles, as evidenced by his position on the board of The Real Estate Institute at Stony Brook University, where he contributes to real estate education.
