Claudia Meneses, Co-Founder and CEO of Avanti Green Eco Cleaning, has been named among the 2025 Entrepreneurial Women of Impact by the Women Presidents Organization in partnership with Women Elevating Women. The awards, sponsored by J.P. Morgan Commercial Banking, recognize 24 outstanding women entrepreneurs who combine business success with meaningful community impact. Meneses founded Avanti Green Eco Cleaning in 2011 and has led the company's growth in the competitive Las Vegas and Henderson markets by promoting residential and commercial eco-friendly cleaning solutions.
The company offers customized service offerings including carpet cleaning, window cleaning, pressure washing, and floor care, with a strong emphasis on team training, quality assurance, and sustainability. Under her leadership, the company has distinguished itself for its personalized customer experience, green branding and innovative digital marketing efforts. Earlier this year, Avanti Green Eco Cleaning won first prize and $35,000 USD at the Amazon Web Services AI Pitch Competition, enabling the company to develop its AI-powered scheduling and route optimization system.
The system is designed to provide real-time availability, create upselling opportunities and increase operational efficiency. The innovation caught the attention of AWS, which continues to support its product development. Additionally, Avanti Green's idea was selected among the top 10 startups in Nevada's Startup World Cup, showcasing its growing leadership in sustainability-driven innovation and technology for the home services industry. The company was also the 2024 Small Business Development Center's Business of the Year.
