Garces, Grabler & LeBrocq has entered a partnership agreement with Cage Fury Fighting Championships to support select events and related fan programming in New Jersey. As the Official Law Firm of CFFC, GGL will be prominently featured across 22 CFFC events, including Cage Fury FC MMA, Cage Fury Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, and Cage Fury NextGen MMA, with multiple events hosted in Atlantic City. The partnership includes continuing direct sponsorship of New Jersey MMA fighter Eric "Night Time" Nolan, a U.S. Marine Corps Veteran and past CFFC welterweight champion. Nolan won the CFFC welterweight title in May with a first-round knockout of Blayne Richards at CFFC 142, then later competed in the UFC, making his debut at UFC 319. Lawrence A. LeBrocq, Esq. stated that this represents a new opportunity to support Nolan and New Jersey's up-and-coming athletes, noting that whether in the courtroom or in the Octagon, the firm is fighting to win.
A robust digital and social media collaboration forms part of the agreement. CFFC and GGL will co-produce original, co-branded social media content, with GGL named presenting sponsor of a new CFFC social content series. An official CFFC Athlete Ambassador will further amplify the partnership by documenting training while wearing GGL-branded apparel, appearing as a guest on the Victim to Victory podcast, and participating in select promotional and giveaway events. CFFC 149 is scheduled for Saturday, Dec. 20, at Hard Rock Live at Etess Arena inside Hard Rock Hotel & Casino in Atlantic City, NJ. The event will feature the first CFFC Fan Experience, an on-site activation included with each ticket purchased through CFFC.tv. The Fan Experience lineup includes meet-and-greets with newly inducted CFFC Hall of Famer Sean Brady and current UFC contenders Joe Pyfer, Patrick Sabatini, Erin Blanchfield and Fatima Kline. Former UFC bantamweight champion Aljamain Sterling will host a tasting for Funk Harbor Rum during the activation.
CFFC Chief Marketing Officer Corey Levin described the debut of the CFFC Fan Experience at CFFC 149 as only the opening chapter in a long-term collaboration for Hard Rock events, ensuring engagement and entertainment at a level not experienced elsewhere. Several partners will participate in the Fan Experience, including GGL, with additional contests and giveaways planned. This partnership matters because it provides crucial financial and promotional support for New Jersey's mixed martial arts scene, particularly for emerging athletes like Eric Nolan who represent the state's talent pipeline to major organizations like the UFC. The collaboration extends beyond traditional sponsorship to create integrated fan experiences and digital content that could reshape how regional MMA promotions engage audiences. For the legal firm, this represents an unconventional but strategic marketing approach that aligns their brand with combat sports' competitive spirit while gaining visibility across multiple platforms and events. The introduction of the CFFC Fan Experience at CFFC.tv events establishes a new standard for regional MMA fan interaction, potentially influencing how other promotions structure their live events. Ultimately, this partnership strengthens New Jersey's position as a hub for MMA development while demonstrating how corporate sponsorships can evolve beyond logo placement to create meaningful athlete support and enhanced fan experiences.
