tZERO Group, Inc. announced that its subsidiary VerifyInvestor.com has integrated its accredited investor and qualified purchaser verification services into the PandoAlts Market Checks platform. The integration positions VerifyInvestor.com as the default accreditation verification provider for PandoAlts, a digital alternative investment operating system.
The move is designed to streamline investor onboarding, compliance verification, and access to private market and alternative investment opportunities through an integrated workflow. By embedding VerifyInvestor.com's capabilities directly into PandoAlts, the collaboration aims to reduce fragmentation in onboarding and compliance processes that have persisted despite the increasing digitization of private markets.

VerifyInvestor.com provides verification services for accredited investors under Regulation D, Rule 506(c), and claims to have built one of the largest databases of verified accredited investors in the United States. The company also offers AML/KYC services, custom verifications, and certification of key documents. The integration with PandoAlts is expected to streamline compliance for firms navigating audits and investigations.
