Rong's academic and professional credentials are impressive, holding a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Hunter College and a Master of Business Taxation from the University of Southern California. As a Certified Public Accountant, she is an active member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the California Society of Certified Public Accountants. Her multilingual abilities in English, Mandarin, and Shanghainese, along with an understanding of Cantonese, enable her to effectively serve a diverse clientele, further broadening Windes' market reach.
