Innovative Designs, Inc. (OTCQB: IVDN) has announced that its fiscal third quarter, ending July 31, 2026, delivered the highest sales revenues in company history, with a near 40% increase over the same period last year. This marks the eighth consecutive quarter of profitability for the Pittsburgh-based manufacturer of the Insultex House Wrap® and Arctic Armor® product lines.
The company attributes this growth to the increasing market adoption of its Insultex House Wrap®, a patented insulation product that meets or exceeds new government building codes for continuous insulation and exterior R-Value requirements. Retail dealers carrying the product have grown to nearly 200 locations across the United States, with more joining weekly. The wrap provides an R-6 moisture barrier membrane without the need for additional insulation boards or support, offering a competitive advantage in new construction.
In a significant development, the independent laboratory re-certification process, contracted with BRC Laboratories, has entered its final stages. This program aims to re-certify the R-Value testing equipment, which would allow Insultex® to qualify for a wider range of building applications and larger-scale projects. CEO Joseph A. Riccelli Jr. has personally visited the BRC facility and remains in regular communication with its management. The successful completion of this certification could open doors to the multibillion-dollar homebuilding industry, potentially leading to unprecedented revenue opportunities for the company.
Randy Kimbler, Director of Business Development for Built Link Solutions, commented on the growing popularity of Insultex House Wrap®, noting that new building material suppliers are adopting the product almost every week, and builders and contractors are increasingly seeking the value and cost savings it provides.
Riccelli expressed pride in the team's achievements, highlighting the record revenue and consistent profitability. He confirmed that the official fiscal Q3 financial report will be filed on time in mid-September. Regarding the re-certification, he stated, "We expect to have official documentation in hand soon and will make more detailed announcements at that time. Considering the value of this certification, the outcome could result in revenues that have never been achieved by Innovative Designs."
The company plans to continue issuing updates as the certification process progresses. For more information about Insultex House Wrap® and its specifications, visit http://www.insultexhousewrap.com.
