NEW YORK — Verizon has opened preorders for the Google Pixel 11 series, beginning August 12 at 10 a.m. ET, offering customers the latest AI-powered devices on its Simplicity Plan and business options. The lineup includes the Pixel 11, Pixel 11 Pro, Pixel 11 Pro XL, and the Pixel 11 Pro Fold, along with the new Pixel Watch 5, all available through Verizon stores and online.
The announcement underscores Verizon's push to combine its network reliability with Google's advanced Gemini Intelligence and automation features. According to Verizon, the Simplicity Plan is designed to be transparent, with no activation or upgrade fees for loyal customers, and offers clear monthly value. For Pixel enthusiasts, the Simplicity Pro plan allows annual upgrades to the latest Pixel model.
Key offers for consumers include a switch deal: new customers can get the Pixel 11 Pro (256GB) for $45 per month total, comprising a $15 device payment and a $30 plan rate, over 48 months, with no trade-in required. This price is achieved through $380 in promotional credits, and eligibility requires activating a new line, enrolling in Auto Pay and paper-free billing, and switching from another carrier. Alternatively, Simplicity Pro customers can get the Pixel 11 Pro on a plan for $80 per month, with the option to upgrade yearly after paying off at least 33% of the device.
Trade-in offers are also prominent: new customers can save up to $1,100 on the Pixel 11 series with an eligible trade-in, while existing customers can save up to $900. These credits are applied over 36 months on an eligible myPlan. Additionally, bundling a Pixel with a new line can fetch a Pixel Watch 5 and a Galaxy Tab S10 FE at no extra cost, with device payment plans and monthly service lines required.
Verizon is also targeting business customers with up to $900 off the Pixel series for new or existing business lines, contingent on a qualifying trade-in and a My Biz Plan with $15+ monthly add-on spending.
A notable addition is the Google AI Pro perk, which provides advanced access to Gemini and 5 TB of cloud storage, available with any new smartphone. Verizon is also launching a loyalty program via the My Verizon app, offering monthly Verizon Dollars, daily surprises, and the elimination of upgrade and activation fees. Pricing for the devices starts at $899.99 for the Pixel 11, $1,099.99 for the Pixel 11 Pro, $1,299.99 for the Pixel 11 Pro XL, and $1,899.99 for the Pixel 11 Pro Fold. The Pixel Watch 5 starts at $499.99. Devices will be in stores starting August 20.
